信楽の焼物の伝統的なモチーフとして用いられる“手桶け”を、現代的な解釈でデザインした。傘立てとして利用できるほか、内側には防水加工が施してあるため、大きな枝ものを生ける花器としてもお使いいただけます。
真鍮の平棒が、傘や植物の枝ものを入れた時の支えとして機能します。また、持ち運ぶ際の持ち手となり、形状が使い方の幅を広げてくれます。
The design is a modern interpretation of the “tekeke” motif used as a traditional motif in Shigaraki pottery. In addition to being used as an umbrella stand, it can also be used as a flower vase for arranging large branches, as the inside is waterproofed.
The flat brass bar serves as a support for umbrellas and plant branches. It also serves as a handle when carrying it, and the shape expands the range of its usage.
